Unless otherwise noted in the ordering pipeline and with the exception of federal holidays, BioHack World ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The return may only be made by the customer on record verified with a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% service fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Note, not all products are eligible for our satisfaction guarantee.
